We strongly recommend you download and try the software before you purchase it. We allow users of evaluation trial software to contact us for free technical support. As a matter of fact our software products are nonrefundable.

User License

Here are some excerpts of the user license. The complete text can be found when you download the product. By using the Software, you accept, as user, to comply with the terms of this user's license agreement.

Single user license: Buy purchasing a user license you get the non-exclusive non-transferable right to use the software in object code form on your personal computer.

Conditions for use: The right to install the software is granted for use limited to a single personal computer. With WOOWEB-PRO, there is no limitation of clients that connect to the Internet by using the software. With WOOWEB V2, four computers at the maximum can connect to the Internet.

PROSUM does not warrant that the Software will satisfy the user's requirements, performances or expectations concerning its use or its operation, nor that the software is free from bugs, nor that the software will work in combination with any hardware or software products provided by third parties.

PROSUM shall not be held liable for any claims made by third parties. It is expressly agreed that PROSUM shall in no case be held liable for damages incurred by the user due to any use to which the software is put other than that for which it was supplied. PROSUM liability to you for actual damages will be limited to the money paid for the software.
